By accessing and using the PC Beatz / The Laboratory Studios website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Beat Licensing

All beat purchases are subject to the following terms:

• Non-Exclusive License: Grants you the right to use the beat for your project while we retain the right to sell the same beat to other customers.
• Exclusive License: Grants you sole ownership of the beat. Once purchased exclusively, the beat will be removed from sale.
• Credit Required: All releases using our beats must credit "Prod. by PC Beatz" or "Prod. by The Laboratory Boys" as specified in your license.
• No Resale: You may not resell, redistribute, or lease purchased beats to third parties.

3. Studio Services

Studio booking and services at The Laboratory Studios are subject to:

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund
• No illegal activities or substances are permitted on the premises
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed through our authorized payment providers:

• Beat Purchases: Processed via BeatStars. All sales are final once the beat files are delivered.
• Donations: Processed via Cash App ($PCBeats). Donations are non-refundable.
• Studio Services: Payment terms will be discussed during booking.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to music, graphics, logos, and text, is the property of PC Beatz / The Laboratory Studios and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

PC Beatz / The Laboratory Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or any content obtained from or through the website.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
